Specialising in fire door and fire stopping solutions covering East Anglia area, Tom, and Ant directors of SFS have a vast amount of experience and knowledge within the fire industry.
Tom
Has spent many years working with his hands, chisels and wood whilst also assessing and supporting several apprentices through their NVQ’s over the last 10 years. In the past Tom has carried out specialist and detailed works for many both private commissions and commercial, including Her Royal Highness, the Queen after the fire at Windsor Castle in 1992.
Ant
Joined the fire industry in 2015, he has a variety of past experiences over the years within different industries, including construction and building. In 2017 Ant became a “FIRAS” certified supervisor (installation of fire door sets and fire stopping), UKAS accreditation scheme for both product and for companies involved in their installation. “FIRAS” is the mark of endorsement of competency in the installation of products and systems, vital for achieving the protection required. With over 6 years of fire door and fire stopping experience Ant has worked closely with Fire Risk Assessors whilst providing many suitable solutions to areas needing fire stopping.
